Here are two very different examples of teaching approaches in two very different contexts. It is my belief that we should, even as students, be analyzing how our educator are going about teaching, their attitude towards it, the nature of the assignments they give, and why they chose to certain activities. Consistently thinking about if a given educator is doing their job effectively (and what 'effectively' means) will help current and future educators develop a better sense of who they are as an educator and how they want to negotiate teaching.
